The Saxon 5 ‘Hot-Air’ Continuous Heat Sealer
The Saxon 5 not only performs as well as its sleek looks imply, but takes the technology of bag closing to the threshold of a new era. The patented and proven ‘Hot-Air’ sealing method that eliminates old-fashioned and expensive sealing bands has been redesigned to incorporate the latest P.I.D. temperature mechanisms. Saxon 5 needs no external air supply for the heater module. The digital temperature readout accurately controls the efficient sealing of materials of all thicknesses up to 1000g (10mil or 250 microns) thus producing our distinctive crimped seal or other sealing patterns in a uniform way.
With every part of the machine fully accessible for maintenance, experienced labor is not necessary. Moreover, many of the parts are designed on a ‘plug-in’ modular replacement basis.
